The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in bearing units of machines. The rolling bearing consists of an outer and an inner ring and a plastic separator, the jumpers of which are connected at one end by a ring. At the other end of the jumpers there is a protrusion in the form of segments that enter into a groove made with a gap on the outer or on the inner ring of the bearing. On one of the rings there is a conic surface with a taper angle of not more than 45 °. The separator is inserted using a pressure rod from the side of solid surfaces on the ends of the outer and inner rings. A slight difference in the diameters of the surfaces of the segments and the outer and inner rings ensures reliable installation of the separator in the absence of plastic deformations of its walls. 2 hp ff, 4 ill.

Known roller bearing with cylindrical rollers placed between the bead rings. The rollers are installed in a plastic separator in the form of bridges connected by a ring on one of the ends. Between the jumpers formed nests under the body rolling. At the other end of the separator, a projection is made (German Patent No. 2649939.cl. F 16 C 19/22, 1977).
The disadvantages of the known bearing are the complexity of assembly and the possibility of damage to the separator and the raceway of the rings due to the slight height of the protrusion.

The rolling bearing in this case, a roller with cylindrical rollers, contains an outer ring 1 with a raceway 2, an inner ring 3 with a raceway 4 and a plastic separator 5, for example of polyamide or polyoxymethylene. The separator 5 is made in the form of a jumper 10 connecting the ring 7 to one of the ends. The second end of the separator is provided with separate segments 8, the side walls 9 of which protrude beyond the side walls of the jumpers 10. On the outer ring of the bearing, a tapered surface 11 is made at the edge at an angle of not more than 45 °. 8 exceeds the diameter da of raceway 2 of the outer race 1 of the bearing.
The perimeter groove 15 can be made on the inner ring 3 of the bearing (Fig. 3) and the inner parts 14 of the segments 8 enter into it. Separator 5 of both versions is inserted using a push rod from the side of the beveled surfaces on the edges of the outer 1 and inner 3 rings.
The relatively small differences in the diameters of the surfaces of the segments and the raceways of the outer and inner rings together with the minimum wall thickness of said segments 8 ensure reliable installation of the separator 5 in the corresponding positions in the absence of plastic deformations of their walls.

Claim 1. Roller roller bearing containing outer and inner rings with raceways, plastic separator in the form of bridges connected by a ring along one of the ends and forming slots for rolling bodies, and on the other
the end of the separator is made an annular protrusion, characterized in that the annular protrusion is made in the form of segments 8 located relative to each other with a gap in the circumferential direction, the width of the protrusions 8 exceeds the width of the bridges 10; 11 with an angle of taper of not more than 45 °, an annular groove is made in at least one of the bearing rings, an ecoped protrusion of the separator 5 is arranged in said groove.

2. The bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that the annular groove 13 is provided on the outer ring 1, and the outer diameter of the annular protrusion is larger than the diameter of the raceway 13 of the outer ring 1 of the bearing.

3. Bearing pop. 1, characterized in that the annular groove 15 is provided on the inner ring 3, and the outer diameter of the annular protrusion is smaller than the diameter of the raceway 4 of the inner ring 3.
